A Generational Inheritance

We did not invent our strategy. We inherited it, and we hold it on behalf of the families who trust us with theirs.

Taylor Frigon’s Lineage

1937

The Origins of the Growth Stock Theory:

Thomas Rowe Price, Jr. begins articulating what would become the Growth Stock Theory of Investing—owning exceptional businesses and holding them through market and economic cycles—a simple idea that would prove itself across generations.

1960s

Richard C. Taylor Carries the Work Forward

Richard C. Taylor studies directly under Price and applies the discipline throughout his career. A generation of institutional knowledge begins to take shape.

1986

The Torch is Passed to Gerard Frigon

Gerard Frigon begins learning under Richard C. Taylor, inheriting not just principles, but generations of accumulated wisdom. Through diligent research and intellectual honesty, he continues to sharpen the investment strategy.

2006

Founding Taylor Frigon

After decades of institutional experience, Gerard Frigon founds an independent firm—one built entirely around long-term investment management measured in decades rather than quarters.

Today

Integrated Family Office Services

Taylor Frigon now offers investment management within a fully integrated multi-family office. The same philosophy, now serving families in a more complete way.

Our Philosophy

We do not attempt to forecast headlines or react to noise. Our discipline is built on retaining ownership in exceptional businesses through cycles, allowing compounding to do its work. Short term trading strategies are the antithesis of our philosophy to build enduring wealth.

Performance is measured in decades, not quarters or even years. We study the full story of companies including their management, balance sheet health, and long-term growth potential before ever committing capital. We hold our investments for as long as the business growth thesis remains intact.

Capital decisions should never happen absent from the context of your tax, estate, legal, or trust structures, which is why we view the integrated wealth hub as the pinnacle of wealth advisory services.

As practicing Catholics, we view fiduciary responsibility as a moral obligation. Our stewardship demands prudence, honesty, and discipline over time. We do not view our role as stewards transactionally, but as an entrustment.
